Joy shows itself in many ways. For me, it’s present when I drive through Prince Edward Island. As the car reaches the peak of each hill, I hold my breath, wondering if I’ll be met with The Grand Reveal: that moment when the landscape transforms, revealing magic below. Cascading, rolling hills and a full palette of colour. That moment always moves me to tears, as I get the full-body goosebumps and am overcome with gratitude for where I live.
