Mission
Our mission is simple: help to unify and beautify the Town of Three Rivers with an annual scarecrow festival.
Our goal is to bring as many community members into the Spectacular as possible, through a variety of engagement opportunities, including:

the school community

the business community

non-profit & organization communities

free Scarecrow Clinics at Creative Rebel Studio

Increased prizes

Signage promoting the event

Signage on scarecrow displays

Online voting via google forms*
*We will move away from Facebook voting as the system is too flawed, prioritizing posts that get the first likes and only showing those to people in the group. In addition, lots of people don’t use Facebook, and we want to be as inclusive as possible.
