Session 4: APRIL - Crafting Creative Constructions

Crafting Creative Constructions will be a hands-on opportunity for kids to explore how 3 dimensional art can be created. A variety of skills will be explored in this 3 week class. Open to kids 6+.

We'll explore everything from building elaborate sculptures out of recycled and repurposed objects, to creating clay sculptures. Kids will be challenged to push further and go deeper than they would on their own in this safe space.

Classes are from 6pm to 7:15pm at 4406 County Line Road, Head of Montague, PE. These classes will take place in the downstairs studio of the home, accessible by walking to the right side of the house, just behind the small fence. Parents can stay in the rec room next to the studio space but won't be able to participate in the studio. **Weather-depending, we may be able to start using the outdoor studio space for the second or third class!

Please arrive on time, no more than five minutes early. It's important to arrive on time as whole-group instructions are given in the first few minutes, followed by student-led exploration and practice. However, arriving too early impacts the instructor's ability to set up and be prepared for class.

In case of dangerous driving conditions, if classes are cancelled we'll reschedule them for a future date.
