About the event

Workshop price: $80, all materials included!

I don't know about you, but I'm over the tired, old posters that are intended to inspire a classroom - but are just meaningless and ignored. In this workshop, you'll not only learn some creative techniques, but you'll come out with an original masterpiece for your own classroom.

The best part? You can take many of the techniques, tips and tricks and infuse them into your own classroom programs. Let's call it PD, but have more fun!

You'll need to come ready with a quote, saying or mantra that you feel sums up your approach to teaching or your beliefs in education. From there, Patrick will guide you as you work through designing and creating your mixed media painting.

The workshop is limited to 6 students. This will take place in the old grain shed, located just behind the two silos at the back of Patrick's family home property. Please park along the detached garage (a large "parking" sign is attached to it), and walk back to the barn - feel free to visit with the goats and chickens - and then find your way through the gate between the silos.

A follow up email will come shortly to set up payment through eTransfer. If you would like to pay in another way, details will be arranged for payment prior to the event.

When you arrive, the canvas will be prepped for you to jump right in and paint!
